On the Go

This last week Eli has really started to "investigate" things around the house. He loves to chase the vacuum, so it proves to be a challenge when I try to vacuum. I have to keep from running him over! He has also been climbing up the stairs and he even made it to the landing, where he sat up and turned around to look at me like he was so proud of himself. Eli pulls himself up on everything now--the couch, chairs, toys, kitchen cabinets, etc. One funny thing he does is when he hears the water running in the tub, he crawls over really fast and pulls himself up on the edge of the tub. He gets super excited when he sees or hears water! He loves it. We are having so much fun watching & playing with our little boy.

Fun at Grandma's House

There were a couple of fun pictures of Eli that I took while we were in Sugar. The one where he is standing by the couch was the first time he pulled himself up onto something. He started to walk along the couch until he came to the end there. The other one is of him in the high chair my mom had for him. Eli loved playing in it when it was on the ground, as you can see from the cheese grin on his face. :)

Family Reunion

We had our Moss family reunion last weekend, and now that we are back home and unpacked I thought I would get to posting some pictures. It was so fun to see all of the family--and all the babies that are so close in age. We had a lot of fun at Green Canyon swimming, playing games, and visiting with everyone. On Friday we went to Warm River with Neil, Libby, Heather, and her kids to feed the fish. They were so big! Then on Saturday on our way back from the reunion we stopped to look at the Teton Dam. Kaelub hadn't been there before and it had been awhile since I had seen it. It's crazy to think of what it must have been like when it broke. We already miss everyone.

More Splash Park Fun

We had so much fun at Porter Park that we went again on Friday. Kaelub came with us & we saw Heather and the girls while we were there. Eli just loves water! Kaelub even took him down one of the slides. Then we took him on the carousel--so much fun today. Earlier during the day I was able to meet up with some of my friends from high school and we had lunch. It was a lot of fun to catch up with everyone.

Play Time

Eli has been having so much fun playing at grandma's and great grandma's house. He even started pulling himself up onto the couch and walking along it! I'm afraid he will be walking before we know it--crazy.

More Idaho Fun

Today I took Eli and we met up with Steph and her kids over at Porter Park. They have a fun splash park for them to play in and Eli loved it! He sat by one of the little fountains and played for a long time. Brody wasn't a big fan of the water--but he was still so cute in his little hat. I can't believe Marlee is already going to be 3!

We spent Sunday & Monday with Kaelub's family. Heather, Gracey, & Bella came over and played with Eli. Well, Bella like to try to poke Eli's eyes and she tackled him at one point. Even though she is only 2 months older she sure is a lot bigger. Hopefully Eli will catch up so he can defend himself. :)

Idaho Trip

We are in Idaho! Our flight came in on Thursday & Eli did really well on both flights. (Except for the guy next to me reading his newspaper--Eli wanted to grab it. Pretty funny.) It has been such great weather--we love it! Too bad we can't make a place to live that has Phoenix winters & Idaho summers. (Now I know why there are so many sunbirds.) On Friday we went to the Nature Park. Eli really liked feeding the ducks. I was a little worried they might get his toes because they came so close. We got some great pictures of him on the grass. He wasn't too sure if he liked the feel of it. Then my mom, Jill, Darlene, Grandma, Lanette, Ben, & I went to the International Folk Dance Festival while Eli hung out with Kaelub & his fam.

Jane & Seth's Reception

We were so excited to be able to go see Jane & Seth at their reception last Saturday, and somehow we didn't get any pictures with them! They both looked great & it was fun to see Pres. & Sister Price. Plus they served some yummy cheesecake. :) We were surprised to see some other friends from Sugar--the Goodmans. (Emily, Nick, Sarah, & Ben) So fun to talk with friends from home. Eli had a great time & was pulling some great faces for the camera. We wish Jane & Seth a great future together & hope they decide to come live in Arizona. ;)
